My stay at Ciel Luxe Hotels in Antigua Guatemala was a mixed experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Park, but the service was quite inconsistent. While the ambiance of the hotel was inviting with a beautiful courtyard, the issues with the front desk and communication were frustrating. The food was enjoyable, but I found some aspects challenging, particularly with room assignments and cleanliness.
